Great experience at Master Mechanic...they fixed my AC, have a very clean shop, lobby and bathrooms and we're great at keeping me posted on what was going on with my truck. The shuttle girl was also great!! All in all a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back :)

I had yet another great experience with a A-master mechanic servicing our plumbing fleet. They found all the issues and were able to repaired them in a timely manner. Very professional and excellent service!! They are always willing to go the extra mile. It is hard when I am working in Truckee and my wife is here in Reno having to service the vans, her being able to drop them off the vans and get a ride back to our home makes the world of differences. Sometimes it's the little things that make a big difference.

Hello! I started coming to A master mechanic in 2021 after hearing their radio ads and looking for something more affordable than the dealership for services and repairs. I was happy w their work on my 2018 highlander and now have brought in our 2013 Lexus for service. They did a great job with both. Went in for emissions testing of my vehicle- great service on entering and was led to a very nice lounge (with TV, magazines, game tables, snacks, restrooms, etc) on the side of the shop while waiting. Super fast visit, friendly staff, fair pricing and overall a very nice experience! Recommend.

I brought my 2017 jeep wrangler in for repairs, I was very pleased that A Master Mechanic diagnosed radiator and transmission leak issues as I had no idea my four year old vehicle had so many problems. They fixed it quickly at a very reasonable price and accepted my extended warranty. They have also worked on my classic Corvette. It’s nice to have a local mechanic that can work on a variety of vehicles and I trust their skill and judgment. They are honest and I am very pleased with their services!

My daughter’s Jeep Grand Cherokee had a bad radiator, a/c issue and the hazard lights would not shut off. We took it to Chuck on Wednesday and hoped they could give us an estimate in a few days with the holiday weekend but he called same day and had it fixed and we picked it up Thursday. They are the best. Will definitely be taking any vehicle issue to them in the future. Thank you so much.

A Master Machanic is amazing. Especially their customer service. In December they did my head gasket on a 94 Toyota Land Cruiser. My parts were hard to find but that didn’t stop them from getting the needed parts and doing an amazing job. At 260k+ miles my truck has never run better! On top of that they did a complimentary smog check because my registration was due over the time they had my truck. I recently took it back to get a broken screw tapped/ drilled out and they helped me with my tow hitch assembly. I cannot recommend this shop more. Shout out to Chuck for all my customer service needs - He is definitely the guy you want overseeing your vehicle needs!

What a shop!! Received an honest, thorough inspection with no real recommendations. When does that ever happen at an auto repair shop? Place is clean and even smells good. Would recommend them! I’ll be back!

Hands down best car repair in Reno, possibly anywhere. Friendly service, stocked lounge and no worries about unnecessary charges. I have been treated like family since my first visit.

They always do everything I ask of them and more! Like getting paint off the truck, polishing the headlights and taill lights. I trust them totally. Jeff and his team are excellent.

The quality work done on my car is amazing and everything is very well priced for the effort and quality parts/labor going into my car. They always talk into detail to me about my car and what’s going on with it and make sure to clarify when I don’t quite understand what they mean. A Master Mechanic are truly masters at what they do. I’ve had the most stressful day before taking off for burning man tomorrow! My AC went out when I was at another shop getting an oil change. They didn’t have time to help but highly recommended A Master Mechanic. I called and the staff was very understanding and made time for me right away. I arrive flustered and over heating on one of the hottest days of the year, run down from putting out playa prep fires all day. They have super friendly and caring staff!! The team is very knowledgeable. They cut to the meat of the matter rather than drag out the diagnostic process. With their knowledge, they were able to figure out what was wrong when others couldn’t. They were quick with solutions and quick with installation. A Master is not the cheapest shop in town but worth every penny I spent! Their shop is super clean, the waiting room is relaxing, and is all windows so you can watch them take care of your car. They value transparency. They are dedicated to making an ordeal a truly convenient and easy experience.

We were very happy with the service that we recieved at the shop. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Staff very pleasant. Drew went through everything that was needed on our 2004 Chevy pickup . Best mechanics in town. Took my car in for oil change was in and out really quickly. Service is always the best, treated like family every time I come in. Jeff and his crew are so nice and helpful and Jeff has the BEST warranty in town! This is the only place I will ever bring my to have any thing done.

For $800 they replaced my voltage regulator. 50 years ago I would have done it myself for $15. Thats what I call progress?

I called four other shops first that we deal with routinely and although we send them lots of business, they were all booked out for almost a week just to complete a thrust alignment. I called A Master and spoke to Fred, he said they will get it in and complete it same day! We arrived and dropped the vehicle with Drew and he took great care of the van and had it done within a few hours. We stopped using A Master for awhile due to the location move of their shop but will definitely be sending more work their way. Thank you to the team at A Master Mechanic!
